Into the New Year

Welcome to 2008! We've all had time to get into the swing of the new year, I hope that it is going great for everyone. The snow is still falling in huge drifts, so we may never get rid of all the cold, but it does look amazing.
Over the holidays we had an old friend choose us to shoot her wedding in August. Mollie and I went to high school together and she and her fiance, Scott, are getting married out at Devil's Lake. How exciting is that?!
I have so many ideas running through my mind of things that we can do out there. Plus, as soon as it warms up, we'll get to shoot their engagement pics, and get to know more about Scott. They are both teachers, too. Now, if only I can find a chalkboard for their engagement shoot, that would be awesome.
Happy New Year everyone!!

I Rob and Brie! I am Jean in Arlington, VA. I'm looking on the web for pics of Cape Cod homes to select a color to paint my 80 yr-old house. I love the colors of your house! I saw a picture at: http://www.flickr.com/photos/griffinphotography/1397827647/ Would you be so kind to share with me what the primary body color and trim color is? We just had Hardi Plank installed, and all the trim re-done on the house. Now, I need to choose paint colors. We have a new red roof to be installed in 2 weeks. Then we'll start painting. I think your colors would be terrific! thanks so much! Jean in Arlington

This is amazing, the way the light glows right off the image!
Wonderful work!

Hi Jean, I completely missed all my comments! Our house is a light grey, and our deck is a dark, like Copenhagen, blue-grey. I just love the house.
